Return & Refund Policy
At Amy’s Creative Corner, each piece of artwork is created and handled with care. Because many items are original or made-to-order, the following policy helps ensure a fair and transparent experience.
Original Artwork:
All original paintings are considered final sale.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
In the case of shipping damage, I will:

File a claim with the carrier

Offer either a replacement (if available) or a refund
Prints:
All prints are carefully packaged to arrive safely.
Prints may be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for prints due to change of mind.
Custom Pet Portraits & Commissioned Artwork:
All custom artwork is non-refundable.
To ensure you’re happy with your piece:

A preview or progress image may be shared before completion

Minor adjustments can be requested at that stage
Once the artwork is approved and completed, it is considered final.
Gift Items (Bookmarks, Cards, Small Goods):
All gift items are considered final sale.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and a replacement will be sent if available.
Digital Downloads:
All digital products—including downloadable artwork, guides, or classes—are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital files, once a purchase is completed, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you experience any issues accessing your file, please reach out and I will ensure you receive your download.
