Artwork & Ordering

How do I know what size artwork will look right in my space?

I’m happy to help with that! You can send me a photo of your space, and I can create a simple mockup to help you visualize the artwork on your wall.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, select pieces can be framed upon request. I typically use simple, modern floater frames that complement the artwork beautifully. Feel free to reach out if you’d like framing options before purchasing.

Will the colors look exactly the same in person?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, but I do my best to photograph each piece as accurately as possible.

Custom Artwork & Pet Portraits

Do you take custom requests?

Yes, I love creating custom pieces and would be happy to bring your idea to life.

In addition to pet portraits, I offer custom artwork such as:

Meaningful animal or spirit animal pieces
Abstract paintings for your home or space
Commemorative or sentimental pieces
Artwork designed to match your color palette or interior

If you have an idea but aren’t sure exactly what you want, that’s completely okay, I’m happy to collaborate and help guide the vision.

To get started with a commission piece, simply reach out with:

A photo (if applicable)
Your size preference
Any inspiration or feeling you want the piece to have

How do pet portraits work?

Once you place your order, you’ll send a photo of your pet. From there, I’ll create a custom painting based on your image. I will share an image before completion so you can request small adjustments.

How long do pet portraits take?

Pet portraits are typically completed within 1–2 weeks, unless a different timeframe is discussed in advance.

Can I request changes?

Yes, minor adjustments can be made during the process. Once the artwork is completed and approved, it is considered final.

How quickly will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship artwork, prints, and gift items ship within 1–2 business days
Custom artwork timelines vary and will be discussed with you

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Yes! Local pickup is available, and complimentary delivery may be available within the Raleigh area depending on distance and schedule.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Returns & Policies

Do you accept returns?

Original artwork and custom pieces are final sale
Prints and small items are eligible for replacement if damaged

Digital Products & Tutorials

How do digital downloads, classes, or tutorials work?

After purchase, you’ll receive access to your digital content (such as downloads or video links).

Access is granted to the original purchaser only.

Can I share or reuse the content?

Digital products, including guides, tutorials, and classes, are for personal use only.

They may not be:

Shared, copied, or redistributed
Uploaded to other platforms
Used for teaching, resale, or commercial purposes

Ownership

All artwork, including original paintings, prints, digital products, and commissioned pieces, remains the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Personal Use

Artwork purchased may be used for personal use only, including:

Display in your home
Personal enjoyment

Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork
Use the artwork for commercial purposes
Create prints, merchandise, or digital copies from the artwork
