• Prints & Gift Items (Bookmarks, Cards, Small Goods): Ship within 1–2 business days

• Custom Pet Portraits & Commissions: Typically completed within 1–2 weeks, unless a different timeframe is discussed in advance

• Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly after purchase

Local Pickup (Raleigh Area):

Local pickup is available for customers in the Raleigh area.

For select orders, complimentary local delivery may also be available within the Raleigh area.
