One of my favorite parts of being an artist has been getting to know so many wonderful people in our local Raleigh, NC area. Over the past few years, I've met amazing business owners, fellow artists, and people who genuinely love supporting local creativity. I'm incredibly grateful for each opportunity.
I love that my paintings get to be part of everyday places. You might come across one while grabbing a coffee, shopping for a new book, or even relaxing during a float session. It makes me smile knowing someone could unexpectedly connect with a piece of art during their day.
If you'd like to see my work in person, here are a few places you can find it:

1. Juliet Books – Cary (Opening end of July)
I'm excited to be joining Juliet Books as they prepare to open in downtown Cary. I'll have original paintings, prints, painting kits, and a few other art gifts available. This space is so lovely, with its unique aesthetic and elevated vibe. Grab a coffee while you're there and enjoy looking at the wide range of books.
There is also a precious children's books area upstairs. Annnnnnddd for those of you who like dogs, which if you're on my website, you probably do, say hi to the store dog, Maisey. I painted her portrait and it is also on display as a gift to the independent book store.

2. The Mayton Inn – Downtown Cary
This beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Cary collaborates with the Fine Arts League of Cary to share exhibits of local artist's work in their lovely hallways. My piece, "View Into" was selected to be a part of the upcoming exhibit called Abstracts and Expressions. I am so thrilled to be a part of this awesome group of artists.
If you find yourself in downtown Cary and feeling pretty hungry, be sure to check out their amazingly delicious restaurant inside, called Peck & Plume. SO good!

3. MK Creative Arts Studio - Wake Forest
Close to downtown Wake Forest lives an adorable studio space created by the talented Maria Kordit. Her space offers ballroom dance classes, other movement and experience classes. You can also rent out this space for special events, birthdays, workshops, etc.
A selection of my original paintings is on display and for sale. If you're there for a class or workshop, be sure to take a look around while you're visiting and say hi to the Peacock Door that I painted :)

4. The Y'Ville Well - Youngsville
This is a gem! This beautiful two-story building offers holistic wellness experiences including energy work sessions, guided meditations, sound baths, acupuncture and so much more. There are multiple wellness practitioners that share this space, with the most lovely community area where you can nestle in and feel cozy and relaxed.
I'm grateful to have several paintings displayed and for sale here. Even the upstairs bathroom, yes beautiful bathroom, has a few of my original paintings! Marnie the owner has such a great eye for color and interior harmony, it is just such a wonderful space to rest and heal in. It's a welcoming local space that loves supporting artists and bringing creativity, healing, and relaxation into the community. Visit their website to learn more.

4. Pipers in the Park Cafe - Durham
You'll also find a rotating collection of my paintings at Piper's Café. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious meal and take a quick break from the hustle and bustle. I have had my paintings on display/for sale at this wonderful cafe since 2023 and I am so grateful to have had the chance to get to know the awesome owner and her wonderful staff. I feel like family whenever I am there :)

5. Bodywork by Amy - Cary
As many of you know, I am a massage therapist and have a small home-based studio in Cary, NC, where I offer relaxing bodywork. On the walls of the studio and on shelves, are original pieces and prints, as well as gifts like spirit animal totem rocks, bookmarks and greeting cards, all handmade.
I have had many clients see a painting or gift item and instantly connect with it, and feel the need to bring it home! So they leave feeling super relaxed and creatively inspired! And that to me, is one of the coolest things to witness! So if you're in need of some therapeutic massage therapy, feel free to schedule with me and take a look around the available pieces in the Cary Studio.

I'm so thankful to each of these businesses for supporting local artists and creating spaces where art can be part of everyday life.
And thank you to everyone who has supported my journey over the years. Whether you've purchased a painting, stopped by an art show, shared my work with a friend, or simply offered words of encouragement, you've helped make these opportunities possible.
I hope you'll stop by one of these wonderful local businesses, support what they do, and maybe even find a painting that speaks to you :)
Thanks so much,
Amy Yeager Jorge
